The context behind the work.
I delivered an intensive eight day training programme for the Media Team of Naseeb Charitable Foundation, focused on Social Media Management and Content Creation. The programme was designed to strengthen the team’s practical capacity to manage digital platforms professionally, plan and create effective content, and improve the Foundation’s overall approach to digital communication.
The training combined practical guidance with hands on learning, giving participants skills they could apply directly to their day to day media responsibilities.

What the project needed to achieve.
The objective was to strengthen the Media Team’s practical ability to manage the Foundation’s social media presence more professionally and consistently. The training addressed key areas including content planning, content creation, platform management, audience engagement and the effective use of digital tools for organisational communication.

I designed and delivered the eight day training programme, leading practical sessions on social media management and content creation. My role included developing the training approach, guiding participants through practical exercises, sharing relevant digital media techniques, and helping the team build skills they could apply directly to the Foundation’s media operations.
